Based in the industrial hub of Dongyang, Zhejiang, [Dongyang Xuhui Landscape Engineering Co., Ltd.] leverages its strategic location near the world’s leading ports to provide efficient and reliable global shipping solutions. We are committed to ensuring your wholesale orders reach their destination safely and on time.

1. Origin and Port of Loading

Factory Location: Dongyang City, Zhejiang Province, China.
Primary Loading Ports: Our standard export ports are Ningbo (NB) and Shanghai (SH). Due to our proximity to the Yiwu International Logistics Center, we also offer flexible land-to-sea and China-Europe Railway Express options.

2. Trade Terms (Incoterms)

To ensure clarity in responsibility and cost, we primarily operate under the following terms:

FOB (Free On Board): We handle all domestic costs and customs clearance in China until the goods are loaded onto the vessel.
EXW (Ex Works): You arrange for pickup directly from our Dongyang factory.
CIF/CFR: We arrange and pay for shipping to your designated destination port.

3. Lead Time and Processing

Stock Items: Dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Mass Production/OEM: Lead times typically range from 15 to 45 days, depending on the order volume and customization requirements. Specific timelines will be detailed in your Proforma Invoice (PI).

4. Shipping Methods

Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL): The most cost-effective method for bulk B2B orders.
Air Freight: Ideal for high-priority or urgent industrial components.
International Express: We partner with DHL, FedEx, and UPS for sample deliveries and small trial orders, ensuring door-to-door service within 5–9 days.

5. Professional Export Packaging

We understand the rigors of international transit. All goods from our Dongyang facility are packed according to international export standards:

Reinforced corrugated cartons.
Customized wooden crates or fumigation-free pallets for heavy machinery/fragile items.
Moisture-proof inner wrapping for long-haul sea voyages.

6. Customs and Import Duties

Please note that all import duties, taxes, and local customs clearance fees at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We provide all necessary documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and CO) to facilitate a smooth clearance process.
