Refund and Return Policy

As a professional B2B manufacturing entity based in Dongyang, Zhejiang, our refund and return policy is designed to address professional trade standards and quality assurance. Please review the following terms carefully:

1. Order Cancellation

  • In-Stock Products: Orders for standard in-stock items may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Custom/OEM Orders: Once a custom order has entered the production phase after deposit receipt, cancellations are not accepted. The deposit will be used to cover raw material and labor costs.

2. Returns and Replacements

Due to the nature of bulk industrial supply, we do not offer "change of mind" returns. Returns or replacements are only processed under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If the products have functional or aesthetic defects that exceed the agreed-upon AQL (Acceptable Quality Level).

  • Incorrect Shipments: If the items received do not match the specifications or quantities listed in the confirmed Proforma Invoice (PI).

3. Claim Process

To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:

  • Submit a written claim to our sales department within 15 days of receiving the goods.

  • Provide clear photographic or video evidence of the defect, including photos of the shipping labels and outer packaging.

  • Our quality control (QC) team in Dongyang will review the evidence within 3 business days.

4. Solutions

Depending on the severity of the issue, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Repair or Replacement: We will reproduce the defective parts and ship them to you in your next order.

  • Partial Refund/Credit: A credit note for the value of the defective items to be deducted from your next purchase.

  • Full Refund: In rare cases where the entire batch is unusable due to our error, a full refund for the defective portion will be issued via the original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs

  • For confirmed quality issues, [Your Company Name] will cover the cost of re-shipping the replacement goods.

  • The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
