Shipping Policy

As a premier manufacturer in Dongyang, Zhejiang, we leverage our proximity to the world’s largest logistics hubs (Ningbo and Shanghai ports) to ensure efficient global delivery. This policy outlines our shipping procedures for B2B wholesale orders.

1. Shipping Locations & Ports

  • Origin: All goods are dispatched from our factory in Dongyang, Zhejiang Province, China.

  • Preferred Ports: Unless otherwise specified, our standard shipping ports are Ningbo Port or Shanghai Port. We also offer land transport via the Yiwu Logistics Hub for cross-border rail and truck delivery.

2. Trade Terms (Incoterms)

We primarily operate under the following international trade terms:

  • FOB (Free On Board): We cover costs until the goods are loaded onto the vessel at Ningbo/Shanghai.

  • EXW (Ex Works): The buyer is responsible for pickup and all shipping costs from our Dongyang factory.

  • CIF/CFR: Available upon request, where we arrange shipping to your destination port.

3. Lead Time & Production

  • In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 3–7 business days.

  • Custom/Mass Production: Lead times vary between 15–45 days depending on the order volume and technical complexity. The specific timeline will be confirmed in your Proforma Invoice (PI).

4. Shipping Methods

  • Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): Recommended for large volume orders. We can work with your designated forwarder or provide our own.

  • Air Freight: For urgent or high-value components.

  • Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): Suitable for samples or small trial orders.

5. Tracking & Documentation

Once the goods are dispatched, we will provide all necessary export documentation, including:

  • Commercial Invoice & Packing List

  • Bill of Lading (B/L)

  • Certificate of Origin (upon request)

  • Quality Inspection Reports

6. Customs Duties & Taxes

The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in the destination country. Please consult your local customs office for specific rates.

7. Shipping Damage

We ensure robust export-grade packaging (e.g., reinforced pallets, moisture-proof wrapping). If goods are damaged during transit, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours of receipt to assist with insurance claims.
