Welcome to [Your Company Name]. By accessing our website and placing inquiries or orders, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the B2B manufacturing and supply relationship between our factory in Dongyang, Zhejiang and our global clients.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this site, you confirm that you are representing a business entity and have the legal authority to enter into commercial agreements.

2. Quotations and Pricing

  • All prices displayed on this website are for reference only.

  • Formal quotations provided via email or official proforma invoice (PI) are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated, due to fluctuations in raw material costs and exchange rates.

3. Customization (OEM/ODM)

  • We specialize in custom manufacturing. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any designs, logos, or specifications provided to us do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

  • A pre-production sample approval may be required before mass production begins.

4. Payment Terms

  • Our standard payment term is 30% T/T deposit in advance, with the 70% balance paid before shipment or against the Bill of Lading (B/L), depending on the specific agreement.

  • For large-scale industrial orders, Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight may be accepted upon prior review.

5. Production and Lead Time

  • Production begins only after the receipt of the deposit and confirmation of all technical specifications.

  • Estimated lead times are provided in good faith but are subject to seasonal demand and material availability. We shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure or customs inspections.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Unless otherwise agreed, all trade is conducted under FOB (Ningbo/Shanghai) or EXW (Dongyang) terms.

  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the goods are delivered to the carrier.

7. Quality Inspection and Claims

  • We conduct rigorous quality control (QC) at our Dongyang facility.

  • Any claims regarding quantity or quality defects must be submitted in writing within 15 days of receiving the goods, accompanied by photographic or video evidence.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from transactions shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dongyang City, Zhejiang Province.
